Our Deluxe Wedding Package

This package is for 4 hours of performance time. Our package times are from the time your guests arrive for the reception. The following are all included in our package:

Professional Wedding Entertainer/MC
Anyone can play music, our DJs entertain! Our staff will assume the role of event director, keeping your agenda on track and your guests entertained. We take care of the traditional introductions and formalities (announcements, bouquet & garter tosses, & toasts). We will work to ensure the reception is flowing along so your guests do not become bored. We will make certain that things flow smoothly behind the scenes so all of your reception highlights proceed according to your schedule. Finally, we will provide music to suit your reception style, accommodating requests and setting up your special dances.

On-Line Planning Materials
As our client, you will be access to our extensive on-line planning materials. This includes our on-line music request system, planning forms and timelines.

Personal Consultation
We meet with you in advance to discuss your preferences and guide you through our comprehensive reception planning process. Preferably, this meeting will be done in person with the Bride & Groom. If you can not meet with us in person, we can do this over the phone. This is the time to tell your DJ what you would like or not like at your reception. If needed, your DJ will also help to provide tips and ideas to help you. Finally, you and your DJ will put together a general itinerary of events for the evening. You are not limited to just one meeting with your DJ. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible with the pre-planning of your wedding reception.

Premium Sound System
State of the art, professional sound equipment selected specifically for your venue and size of your event. Not every couple wants the music so loud that you can not socialize in the room. We will work with you to find out what would want from your reception and work to ensure that all guests can enjoy themselves.

Music
Our digital music library consists of over 5,000 songs. One nice thing is that we have our entire song database on-line for you to look over and make requests in advance. We also can take requests the night of your event. If we do not have the important songs such as your first dance or parents dances, we will purchase them at no charge to you.

Simplicity Package
This package includes everything mentioned above. You can add on lighting with our upgrade information below.

Platinum Package
This package includes all services mentioned in the above packages plus:

Montage Production
We will create a video montage using photos provided by the bride & groom for the First Dance. During the Parents Dance we focus on pictures of the Bride & Groom with their families.  You will also receive DVD copies of the montage.

Music Videos
Music Express Entertainment also offers music videos from the 50's & 60's all the way up to today's hits. Imagine your guests surprise when they see their favorite songs playing on our video screen.

Additional Services:

Wedding Ceremony Sound
We can provide a sound system for the ceremony, along with a lapel microphone for the official performing the ceremony so that all guests can hear clearly. We can also provide a wireless handheld microphone for a soloist or reading being done. Our ceremony packages also include music played during the ceremony, guest arrival, seating and dismissal of guests.
